Database and object storage on Supabase Frankfurt. Application hosted on Vercel EU regions. No customer audit data leaves the EU at rest.

Row-Level Security

Per-organisation access is gated at the database layer (Postgres RLS), not just at the API. Cross-org reads are structurally impossible.

Sub-processors

GDPR Article 28 list: Anthropic, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend. Operators are notified at least thirty days before any material change.

Audit auto-deletion

Free-audit transcripts auto-delete after thirty days if you don't activate. Operator-initiated deletion is available at any time before that.

Methodology transparency

Every output carries provenance tags back to the inputs that produced it. The reasoning trail is the audit surface — not a black box.
